Our Managing Director, Robert Sperlinga, has spent his career in high-stakes transactions and complex negotiations. His background spans institutional capital markets — including experience at Citigroup Smith Barney — and senior advisory roles at a Los Angeles-based investment bank where he advised on significant middle market transactions. As an entrepreneur himself, Robert understands what it means to build a business and what a transaction of this magnitude requires.
